For all you Android 2.2+ users who have been waiting for an updated Android Market, the time has begun now. Google has just begun to pushing out an improved Android Market that will allow users to now purchase books and rent videos on the Android Market.
With the video rental, you will be able to see the cast and crew as well as a synopsis, video preview of the movie, reviews and more. Video rentals will be as low and start at $1.99 per rental.
The book purchase will allow you to view a sample of the book as well as the description of what the book is about. This update of the improved Android Market will begin in the US and for those living outside of the US, you will have to wait just a tad longer.
