When you call someone on their cell phone and while it's ringing do you hear an extra beeping sound telling you they are talking to someone else?

that would mean someone is calling you, not you interrupting the person your calling

if that was the case i would see who was calling me

this is different, i think that if the person you are calling is already talking to someone else there is a beeping sound , i'm just trying to find this out
