Personally, I would purchase brand name devices from websites that I know and trust. I wouldn't purchase devices that I've never heard of before from sites that might not be secure.

If you're looking for an upgrade, the Samsung Galaxy S3 would probably be a good choice. It should be a great improvement over your current phone.
