Looking for a cell phone with the following characteristics:

1. GSM/T-Mobile compatible
2. Flip phone
3. NOT a smart phone, no Droid/WinCE/whatever. The stupider the better, though a camera would be nice (but not required)
4. Good all round "phone" characteristics--reception, sound quality, durability, battery life; ruggedized would be nice but not required
5. Fast interface--I want to push buttons and have stuff happen immediately. Think the old Startac, or similar; newer phones I've used tend to be unbearably unresponsive.
