Block Calls:
- Tap Phone on the Start screen
- Access the History tab
- Tap Menu > Blocked calls
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Tap + and enter the phone number you want to block
- Tap Block
Unblock Calls:
- Tap Phone on the Start screen
- Go to the History screen
- Tap Menu > Blocked calls
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Tap and hold the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap Unblock number to confirm
Add a Contact to Speed Dial:
- Tap Phone on the Start screen
- Access the Speed dial tab
- Tap +
- Select the contact you want to add to speed dial
- To access your speed dial contacts, go to the Speed dial tab
- To remove a contact from favorites, tap & hold the desired contact from the Speed dial tab and tap Delete
Enable Conference Call:
NOTE: You can start a conference call while in an ongoing call by performing the following steps:
- While in an ongoing call, tap + Add call
- Enter the phone number, or tap the contact you want to add to the conference
- After the second call connects, tap merge calls
- To separate calls, tap Private and select one of the callers
- You can switch between callers by tapping the tap to swap header at the top of the screen
- You can disconnect from a caller by tapping End call while the other caller is on hold
- To end a conference call, tap End call in the Conference screen
Turn On Call Forwarding:
- Open the Phone app
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Change more settings for phone
- Tap the Call forwarding switch to enable it
- Tap Forward calls to and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the Start screen
- Press Menu > Settings > Change more settings for phone
- Tap the switch associated with Call forwarding and set it to Off
