Create a New Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts and go to All Contacts
- Tap + at the bottom of the screen
- Enter the contacts name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
- Select an account if necessary
- Tap Done when ready
Import / Export Contacts:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Contacts and tap Menu
- Tap Import / Export
- Select to Import from storage, Import from SIM card or Export to storage
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
Add a Contact to Speed Dial:
- On the home screen, tap & hold an empty area
- Go to Widgets
- Find, then tap and hold the Direct Dial widget
- Drag the widget and drop it on top of the home screen
- When prompted with the contacts list, select the contact you want to associate with the widget
NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. Additionally, you can organize widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping them on top of one another.
Deleting Contacts:
- Open Contacts
- Access All contacts
- Select the contact you want to remove
- Tap Edit > Menu > Delete
- Tap OK to confirm
Reset the Call Log:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Tap Menu
- Access Call history
- To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
- To reset the call log, tap Menu in the Call history screen, and tap Clear call log
Create a Caller Group:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All contacts
- Tap the Add icon and tap Group name under Groups
- Tap Create a new group
- Enter the name for the group and tap OK
- Tap Back to save the group
Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:
- Open Contacts
- Access All contacts
- Tap & hold the contact you want to add, then tap Edit
- Tap Group name under Groups
- Select the desired group, and tap Back to save the changes
