Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Connect the BLU Studio Energy 2 to your PC via USB
- On the home screen, swipe the Status bar down and make sure Media device (MTP) is selected
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the desired audio files on the PC, and copy them
- Transfer the files on the phone, preferably in the Ringtones / Notification / Alarms folders under Media
- Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray, and safely disconnect the device from the USB
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open the apps drawer and go to Settings
- Tap Sound under Device
- Scroll to Call ringtone & vibrate and tap Phone ringtone
- Select the ringtone you wish to use and tap OK to confirm
- Optionally, you can enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts located on the phones internal memory or the SIM card.
- Launch Contacts
- Select the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone and select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Access the phones Settings menu
- Scroll to Device and tap Sound & Notification
- Tap Default notification sound under Sound
- Select the notification sound you wish to use and tap OK
