Forward All Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to (or tap “Contacts”)
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap to disable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select a contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Tap “Apps” and launch “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block messages from
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  4. Tap “Block”. NOTE: You will continue to receive messages from the blocked contact, but the conversation thread will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts”
  3. Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock

NOTE: The conversation thread will be removed from archives.
