Create a Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Access “All Contacts”
  4. Tap “+” and if necessary, select an account to sync contacts with
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  4. Choose to “Import from SIM card”, “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”
  5. When importing contacts, select an account, and select the vCard you wish to import
  6. When exporting, make sure you remember the file’s name for future use and tap “OK”

Link a Contact to Direct Dial (Speed Dial):

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget
  4. Drag and drop the widget in an empty area on the home screen
  5. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link to the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: You can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen, and you can organize them in folders by dragging and dropping them on top of another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the conversation you wish to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Call history”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details on it
  4. To reset the call log, go to “Call history” and tap “Menu”
  5. Tap “Clear call log”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Launch the apps drawer
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Access “All contacts”
  4. Tap “+”
  5. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
  6. Tap “Create a new group”
  7. Enter the name for the group and tap “OK”
  8. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Add a Contact to Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap the “All contacts” tab
  3. Tap & hold the contact you wish to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” and tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  5. Select the desired group
  6. Tap “Back” to save the changes
