Forward Calls:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Call settings > Call forwarding
- Enable Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to use to forward incoming calls to
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- On the home screen, tap Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Call settings > Call forwarding
- Select to forwarding incoming calls When unreachable, When unanswered or When busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Launch Menu
- Tap Settings > Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Choose the forwarding option you want to disable
Forward a Message Thread:
- Launch Messages
- Tap the conversation thread you wish to forward
- Tap Menu > Forward SMS conversation
- Tap Select all or choose the messages you wish to forward
- Tap Forward > +
- In the To field, enter the recipient and tap Send
NOTE: The conversation thread will be sent as an MMS, not SMS.
Block Calls from a Contact / Phone Number:
- Open Contacts
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Block list
- Tap + and follow one of the steps below:
- To block a phone number: enter it
- To block a contact: tap Choose from contacts
- To block a call log entry: tap Choose from recent call logs and select a call log entry
- To block a SIP number: tap Enter a SIP number
- Press Add
Unblock a Contact / Phone Number:
- Launch Contacts
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Block list
- Tap and hold the contact or phone number you wish to unblock
Block Messages:
- Tap Messages
- Select the conversation thread exchanged between you and the contact / phone number you want to prevent from sending you messages
- Tap Menu > Add to block list
