Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select and disable the desired forwarding option

Forward a Message Thread:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Select the conversation thread you want to forward
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Forward SMS conversation”
  4. Tap “Select all” or select the messages you want to forward individually
  5. Tap “Forward”
  6. In the “To” field, tap “+” to enter a recipient
  7. Tap “Send” when ready

NOTE: The conversation thread will not be sent as an SMS, but as an MMS.

Block Calls from a Contact / Phone Number:

  1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Block list” > “+”
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and proceed
    • To block a call log entry: tap “Choose from recent call logs” and select the entry
    • To block a contact: tap “Choose from contacts”
    • To block a SIP number: tap “Enter a SIP number” and follow the on-screen steps
  5. Tap “Add” to save the changes

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Add to block list”

Unblock a Phone Number / Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Block list”
  4. From the list of blocked contacts, tap and hold the phone number / contact you want to unblock
