Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Tap Menu
- Access Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: This option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap Enable to confirm
Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Press Menu > Settings
- Go to Call Forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unanswered, When busy or When unreachable
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable / Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu and go to Settings
- Access Call forwarding
- Select Always forward or a different forwarding option to turn off
- Tap Disable to confirm
Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Select the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu and enable All calls to voicemail
Unblock Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Edit > Menu and disable All calls to voicemail
Block Messages using Google Messenger:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap Menu and go to Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu and access People & options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
