I just joined Cricket wireless and purchased this cell phone and knew something was wrong from the beginning. The phone took forever to charge, when I unplugged it, it lost up to 4% right awayh and when it was plugged in charging and I was working on my phone, the battery was still losing percentage. Then tonight it wouldn't charge at all. I chatted with ZTE and they seem to think it is the battery and hoping it is. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
