Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the phone number / contact whose incoming calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn on “All Calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Press “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” and go to “People & options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Calls” and scroll to “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Voice” > “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Calls”
  4. Scroll to and tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Tap “Turn off”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Calls” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Voice”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn off”

Change Caller ID Settings:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Additional settings”
  4. Tap “Caller ID”
  5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” and tap “Call History”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details about it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” in the “Call history” screen
  5. Then tap “Clear call log”
