Turn ON Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Press “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
2. Tap the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
4. Turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch Google “Messenger”
3. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. You will no longer receive notification alerts for messages sent by the blocked contact.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
