Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the BLU Studio XL2 to your computer via USB
- Turn on File Transfer (MTP) / Media Deice (MTP) when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the PC and locate the desired audio files on the computer storage
- Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtones / Notifications / Alarms directories
- Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to Settings and scroll to Device
- Tap Sound & Notification and select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK to confirm
- Optionally you can turn Also vibrate for calls ON or OFF
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts located on the phones internal memory or the SIM card.
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact and tap Edit
- Tap Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Open Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sound & Notification > Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification sound
- Press OK to confirm
