Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the BLU Life Max to your computer via USB
- Turn File Transfer (MTP) / Media device (MTP) ON at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate and copy the desired audio files on the PC storage
- Paste the files on the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtones / Notifications and / or Alarms folder(s)
- Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open the apps drawer
- Access Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sound & Notification and select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK to confirm
- Optionally, you can enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts located on the SIM card or the phones internal memory.
- Tap Contacts on the home screen
- Tap and hold the contact you want to set a ringtone to
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK to confirm
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Launch Settings
- Scroll to Device and tap Sound & Notification
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification sound and tap OK
