Create a Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home scree
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All contacts”
  4. Tap “+” and select an account with which to sync the contact
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import/export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the step above and add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. Additionally, you can organize widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one Direct Dial widget and drop it over another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Disable” > “OK” to confirm

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to use for creating a new caller group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired name for the group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to associate with the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Scroll to and tap “Group name”
  6. Select the desired caller group and press “OK” to confirm
