Sync iPhone Contacts With Google Using iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data including contacts with the BLU smartphone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to the “Info” section and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Log in with your Google account, or click “Configure” and select an existing account if available
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once done, switch to the BLU device and register the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the Google account to sync contacts with your Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
  3. Go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. After the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, follow one of the steps below:
    • Launch the Internet browser on the PC and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the BLU device to your PC via USB, copy the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts”

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: The two methods above require a computer with Internet access. However you can also share your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on your iPhone
  2. Launch the app and tap “Backup”
  3. After the backup is done, tap “Email”
  4. Compose a new email ensuring the vCard is attached
  5. Send the email and attachment to your own address
  6. Switch to the Android device and open the email
  7. Download the vCard attachment and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts”

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other types of files without requiring a PC.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Visit the Google Play Store and install the same app on the BLU Studio J2
  3. Open the app on both devices
  4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone and select the desired contacts
  5. Lastly, tap “Send” and select a transfer method on one of the smartphones
