Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Archived messages will not be accompanied by notifications.

Unblock Messages in Google:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
