Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Connect the Android device to your PC via USB
- Enable Media device / File transfer at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the Media folder
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sound & Notification
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK
- Optionally, you can turn Also vibrate for calls On or Off
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts located on the phones internal memory or the SIM card.
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone and select the desired ringtone
- Press OK
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Open Settings
- Tap Sound & Notification under Device
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification ringtone and tap OK
