Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu” again
  7. Access “People & Options”
  8. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, you can select an existing contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update”/ “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
