Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Archived messages will not trigger any notifications.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by the carrier)
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
