Create a Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Tap “+”
4. Select an account type and account with which to sync the contact, or select a different method of storing it
5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
6. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Import/Export”
4. Select to “Import from SIM”, “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
2. Go to “Widgets”
3. Drag the “Direct Dial” widget and drop it over an empty area on the home screen
4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets for more contacts on the home screen. You can also organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

View and Clear the Call Log:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Call history”
4. Tap a call log entry if you wish to view more details
5. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call log”

Delete a Contact:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to delete and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Create a Caller Group Using a Contact:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to use for creating the group
4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired name for the group
6. Press “OK” to confirm

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to associate with the group and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “more Fields” > “Group name”
5. Select the desired caller group
6. Tap “OK”
