Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select an existing contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
