Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Access “People & Options
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]” and press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the contact and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications are disabled for archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu” > “People & Options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by the carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
