Create a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. Select an account with which to sync the contact or choose a different storing method
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Import/Export”
  4. Select “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage”
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select a contact to link with the widget


NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets for different contacts on the home screen. You can also create folders on the home screen containing these widgets by dragging one Direct Dial widget and dropping it over another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call history”
  4. Optionally, select a call log entry to view more details
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  6. Tap “Clear call history” to confirm

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and select the contact you want to use for creating a group
  3. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name” > “Create new group”
  4. Enter the desired name for the group
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
