Create a New Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select an account to use for contact syncing, or choose a different storing method
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. When ready, tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can add multiple DD widgets on the home screen for additional contacts. You can also drag one DD widget and drop it over another to create a folder on the home screen for speed dial.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details on it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  5. Tap “Clear call history” to confirm

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating a new group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired name
  6. Press “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
