Block/Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”
  6. To unblock calls, follow the same steps above and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact and future messages will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
