Block Incoming Calls from a Specific Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the desired contact
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Tap the contact whose calls you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Launch Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Press “Menu” again
6. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy’
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “Call forwarding”
5. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
6. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Modified version has own advanced features and functions which does allow you to do so as I think so but still you can try to do it.
