Block Incoming Calls From a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit’ > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Access “Options” and tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu’
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact, and tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Call Forwarding Off:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
