Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to block, then tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy’
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
