Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be turned off for all of the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
