Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable Media file MTP at the prompt or from the Notification area
- On the computer, launch the File Explorer
- Locate the media files on the phone
- Transfer the desired audio files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notification directories
- After the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound > Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be assigned for contacts stored on the devices internal memory or SIM card.
- On the home screen, swipe up and open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings and go to Sound
- Tap default notification sound
- Select the desired ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Launch Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings > Wireless alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Disable or enable Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
