Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
  2. On the phone, enable “Media file MTP” when prompted or from the Notification area
  3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the audio files on the computer
  5. Copy and paste the desired audio files to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and/or “notifications” directories
  6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. On the home screen, swipe up
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Go to “Sound” > “Phone ringtone”
  4. Select the desired ringtone

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: You can’t set custom ringtones for a contacts located on the device’s internal memory or SIM card.

  1. Swipe up on the home screen form the bottom and launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap and hold the desired contact
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Tap “Set ringtone”
  5. Select the desired ringtone
  6. Press “Save” to confirm

Change Notification Ringtones:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to “Sound” > “Default notification sound”
  3. Select the desired notification ringtone

Manage Emergency Alerts:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Wireless Alerts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  5. Turn ON or OFF “Allow alerts” “AMBER alerts” “Extreme threats” and “Severe threats”
