Block Incoming Calls from a Number/Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call blocking”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or select a contact
  5. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Calls from a Number/Contact:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call blocking”
  3. Tap the “X” button associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Launch “Google Messages”
  2. Select the phone number/contact whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options” > “Block [phone number]”
  4. Tap “OK”

NOTE: Messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to the “History” tab
  3. Select a call log entry for more details
  4. To clear the call log, tap “menu” > “Clear call history”
  5. Tap “OK”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively select a contact
  5. Tap “Turn ON”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On” or “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
