Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notifications will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone’
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable”
