Block Incoming Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:
- Launch Phone
- Tap menu > Settings
- Tap Call blocking
- Enter the phone number you want to block. Alternatively, select an existing contact
- Tap Block to confirm
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Tap Settings > Call blocking
- Tap the X button next to the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Unblock to confirm
Block Messages via Google Messages:
- Open Google Messages
- Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK
NOTE: Future messages from the blocked phone number/contact will be archived. Notifications will be disabled for all of the archived messages.
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Tap Menu > Archived
- Select the phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu
- Tap People & Options > Unblock [phone number]
Reset the Call Log:
- Open Phone and access the History tab
- For more details on a call log entry, tap it
- To reset the call log, tap Menu > Clear call history > OK
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Call settings
- Go to Call forwarding
- Select Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Turn On
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Tap Settings > Call settings
- Access Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unanswered When unreachable or When busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
- Tap Turn On or Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- If needed, select the call forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap Turn Off to confirm
