Block Incoming Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block. Alternatively, select an existing contact
  5. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Settings” > “Call blocking”
  4. Tap the “X” button next to the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: Future messages from the blocked phone number/contact will be archived. Notifications will be disabled for all of the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Tap “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone” and access the “History” tab
  2. For more details on a call log entry, tap it
  3. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call history” > “OK”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” ‘When unreachable” or “When busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
  7. Tap “Turn On” or “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. If needed, select the call forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
