Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  4. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing one
  5. Click “Apply” and switch to the Android phone
  6. Sign in with the same account used in iTunes
  7. Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up to your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts”
  4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard” then follow one of the two steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone and import it to your phonebook via the Contacts app

Share iPhone Contacts using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: The methods above require a computer with Internet access but you can also share your iPhone contacts via third-party apps like My Contacts Backup for iOS. The app can back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
  2. Open the app
  3. Create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  4. Compose an email and attach the vCard
  5. Send the email to your own address
  6. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
  7. Import it to your phonebook via the Contacts app

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use is Send Anywhere for Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

  1. Install the app on both phones from their respective app stores
  2. Open the app on both devices
  3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  4. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts
