    Hi, please move this thread if it doesn't fit here. I have a dead Android 8 OS Blu Studio Mega 2019 cell phone that won't charge. I can't even go to best buy to take it in to see what's wrong with it until tomm. They don't answer the store phone either. If the charging light doesn't come on does that mean the battery needs replacing? I have no idea about these things. I've already tried multiple chargers and nothing. This just happened yesterday evening. I've only had the phone since I bought on Amazon on Sept. 7th. Please help me soon.
