I've got the Sony Ericsson P800... clearly the best phone to have. camera, video player, audio player which supports a lot of formats, document viewer, very expandable, it has everything... nice amalgam of phone/pda features. ive got it with an 128MB memory stick duo... tons of movies (mp4), pics, games, apps, mp3's, polytones, etc.

Hi guys, im a newbie...I don't understand what was meant by converting a midi to a ringtone?...i thought they were kinda one the same.

Also, I've got an SE T300, If i was to increase the volume of a midi and then use it as a ringtone, would the volume have any bad effect on the speakers in the short or long term?...I want to increase the volume to max.

Samsung have the Yamaha chip which can not be beaten - however any phones poly tones are only as good as the are made. If its a crap tone it will osund crap on any phone.
