The best for me might be not the best for you. But I can share with you some tips on how to find the best tutoring platform:
Complete the list of tutoring websites.
Look through the teachers and the subjects on these websites ( is there a subject you are searching for. Is the price range is appropriate for you?).
Read the feedback on the review websites about the platform.
Conduct the trial lesson with the tutors you liked

Re: What is the best website for finding tutors?
For me personally, preparing for exams has always been very difficult, as I am very restless and I can’t concentrate on studying a particular topic for the exam. Fortunately, I was able to hire a tutor on this Australian educational site http://medicmind.co.uk/ who helps me focus and explains difficult topics, so now it's much easier for me to prepare for exams.

Re: What is the best website for finding tutors?
Here are some of the best websites for finding tutors:
Wyzant - This platform connects students with independent tutors for personalized instruction in hundreds of subjects. Tutors are prescreened and rated.
Varsity Tutors - They provide face-to-face and online tutoring in a wide variety of academic subjects. You can search by location, subject, rates, and student reviews of tutors.
Tutor.com - You can get an online tutor on-demand 24/7 in over 300 subjects. They have thousands of qualified tutors available for 1-on-1 lessons and homework help.
Chegg Tutors - Connects students with online tutors for on-demand help in math, science, business, programming, and more. You can get tutoring within 30 minutes.
Studypool - Online tutoring platform where you can access over 20 million homework questions, and tutors are available 24/7 to provide help and explanations.
Wyzant and Varsity Tutors let you search for in-person tutoring, while Tutor.com, Chegg, and Studypool focus on online tutoring. I'd recommend reading reviews and comparing rates to find the most qualified tutors within your budget.
