animations? Are you sure that it is the Sanyo 5150?

yeah its a sanyo 5150. it has two screen savers. its a world with rings turning around it. the onther one is just the same thing but in diff. colors

hmmm...interesting. I owned a 5150 at one time, and it didn't have animation. I assume you have to have the software for it, and a cable to hook up to your computer, then you should be able to download. But what file type I'm not sure.

you could try gifs, but I don't think they would work.

thaks, ill go ahead and try it. according to my multimedia software i can dl jpg, bmp, gif, and png files so it should work

Youre def wrong, i have a 5150, and think of this - When u download a picture, and it says assign, the screen saver is not one of the options, well antimated ones.

I have a 5150 now and would also like to know if there's a way to change the stupid animations that came with the phone. I have software and a cable, but have never tried to put a gif on the phone. Does anyone know if this works?

He's right the 5150 does have animation for the screen savers go to the settings menu then display then animation for the globe or the sanyo logo.
