    I am trying to unlock my Palm pro and multiple websites ask for imei numbers. I have an meid hex, an meid dec, and a s/n number. none of them are 15 characters long. the phone will not display a imei number when prompted by the *#06#. Which of the above numbers should be used, any help and recommendations and where and how to unlock my phone would be appreciated.

    i've been told that the treo pro can't be unlocked. if you do figure out how to do it, please post your results
