Block Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts > +
- To block an existing contact: tick the check box associated with it, tap Save, and optionally tap OK to copy the contact information to a different account before blocking it
- To block a new phone number: enter the number and tap OK
Unblock Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open People
- Press Menu > Manage contacts > Blocked contacts
- Tap Menu > remove block contacts
- Select the contacts you want to unblock and tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Tap Messages on the home screen
- Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the number you want to block
- In the Message options window, select Block contact
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts
Forward Calls (Unconditional):
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call" > Call forwarding
- Select Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open the Settings menu
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered or Forward when unreachable
- Enter or update the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Access the Settings menu
- Tap Call
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select Always forward or the option that is currently active
- Tap Disable
