The application that I have been playing with for the last couple of weeks is Sportypal. Nice software for working out. It's free and you can find it on the android market.
Works really great. Draw your routes on which you went cycling or running, then upload the files. Shows the map even on the phone. But there are many additional details, such as average speed and time differences between different sectors and so on.
I have HTC Dream, it works fine on it.

EnergyROM has been the best Rom ive used for the HTC FUZE and you cant forget SPB mobile shell 3.5

there might be an app to turn the flash into a flash light like the flash light utility for the FUZE

kaiser tweaks are nice

Anybody know when the next htc update is coming for the g1? I'm running 2.0 right now I think

I'm getting most of my stuff from either xda-developers dot com or htcpedia dot com (can't post links, sorry). Both have plenty to offer, ROMS's and all.
