    Sync iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data with the HTC 10.

    1. Launch iTunes on the computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to the PC through the Lightning cable
    3. Click the iPhone in iTunes and access the “Info” section
    4. Turn on “Sync Contacts With”
    5. Select “Google Contacts” and sign in with your Google account. (Alternatively click “Configure” and select an existing account)
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once the sync is done, switch to the HTC 10, register the same Google account used in iTunes, and set the account to sync contacts with the phone

    Sync Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have been previously backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to your account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Register with your iCloud account
    4. Access “Contacts” in iCloud and select the contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, you can perform one of the following:
      • Import the vCard via “Google Contacts”
      • Connect the HTC 10 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “People” to import the file to your phonebook

    Via “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require access to a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup”
    3. Wait for the vCard to be created and then tap “Email”
    4. Write a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
    5. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    6. Switch to the HTC 10, open the email, and download the vCard attachment
    7. Import the file to your phonebook using “People”

    Via “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Last but not least, Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use for contact transfer. The app (for Android and iOS) uses a peer-to-peer connection to transfer a variety of file types, cross-platform, without needing a computer.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. From the Google Play Store, install the same app on the HTC 10
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” on the iPhone and tap “Contacts”
    5. Select the contacts you want to share
    6. Tap “Send”
    7. Lastly, select a transfer method. You can tap “Receive” on the HTC 10 and enter the transfer code generated on the iPhone, or tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the code with the HTC 10’s camera to begin the transfer
