Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap Enable to confirm
Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Choose to Forward when unanswered, Forward when unreachable or Forward when busy
- Tap Update / Enable to confirm
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap Disable to confirm
Block Incoming Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch People and tap Menu
- Tap Manage contacts > Blocked contacts
- Tap Add and perform one of the steps below:
- To Block an existing contact: select it and tap Save. Optionally you can tap OK to store the contact information to a different account before blocking
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap OK
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Go to Blocked contacts
- Tap Menu > Remove blocked contacts
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to add to block list
- From the Message options pop-up window, tap Block contact to confirm
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts to confirm
