Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Add” and perform one of the following:
    • To block an existing contact: select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “People” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Manage contacts”
  3. Access “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact whose messages you want to block
  3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  4. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Turn Call Forwarding Off:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
