Block Incoming Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:

  1. Launch the “People” app
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
  3. Tap “Add”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block incoming calls from a contact, select it then tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
    • To block calls from a phone number, enter it and tap “OK”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the desired contact and tap “Delete”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contact” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select an existing contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Forward when unanswered” “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  4. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
